Our friends at the Ridgefield Newcomers Club have graciously put together a cookbook for the holidays with hundreds of recipes. Justin’s family, friends and local restaurant owners also submitted recipes with stories about foods they made for Justin. So pick up some great recipes, learn more about Justin’s food tastes and help a great cause. Proceeds from the cookbook will be donated to the Cowen family.
